This is a composite of [this source scan](https://i.imgur.com/UknEhn2.jpg) as the base (thanks to u/vaskark for pointing out), then[ this version](https://merchbar.imgix.net/product/4/1616/35373384/888751843516.jpg) for the closeup detail. Finally as a bonus, used DALL-E 2 to get a bit more side extension for a wide enough version for 21:9 fellows (granted its blurry due to the 1024×1024 result, so you can always crop it out).
Upscaled each via Topaz Gigapixel A.I., sharpened with Topaz Sharpen A.I., merged results and ensured colored consistency in Photoshop/After Effects.
